Yoga

Yoga is for everyone!  This class is designed to introduce and create opportunity to practice increased awareness, stamina, being centered, clarity, balance, coordination, flexibility and over-all range of motion.  These are achieved through the yogic principles of intentional breathing accompanying specific body poses borrowed from nature.  Come renew yourself and create a new body, mind and spirit!  This class is taught by Master Yoga Instructor Donna Hollinshead, whose teaching style is connected, powerful, sweet and intelligent – all at once.
