SELF AWARENESS AND PROTECTION SEMINARS

This interactive and engaging class is a basic introduction on how to be more aware at home, in public and includes basic self protection techniques. The class is an empowering, informative and active event and is open to the public. No experience is necessary.

• Check in begins at 5:30 for the event and the seminar starts at 6pm.
• The event is open to the public and costs $25 for an individual, $40 for a pair of participants, and is free to Adult Black Belt Club Students.
• The recommended age is 13 and up, exceptions made on a case by case basis
